Volunteer Opportunities
With the exception of group projects with chaperones, we cannot accept volunteer applicants under the age of 18.
Land Management
Weekly Monday-Friday
One morning a week from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Options include:
Horticulture
Seasonal planting, weeding, pruning, watering and mulching in various cultivated beds in the Park
Nature Reserve
Season exotic species control to restore ecosystem’s function and structure within natural communities, seasonal planting and mulching in the Nature Reserve areas in the Park.
Kennedy Woods Advisory Group (KWAG)
Native Restoration in the Savanna near Kennedy Forest
Special Events
Help Forest Park Forever staff with directing and assisting guests, recycling, concessions and a variety of tasks at one our public or member events.
Fundraising Committees
Group Opportunities – Corporations, universities and high schools
Park projects include invasive species control, park clean up, or mulching & planting

Flora Conservancy
